The STEM Exploration Summer Camp, a partnership between BRSTEM and BREC, provides families in East Baton Rouge Parish with a fun-filled, learning environment for their children in grades K-8 this summer. Camp participants will receive enrichment in Math and Science while also getting extensive exposure in STEM. We will learn about coding, robotics, engineering, and even learn how math and science are a part of sports like football and basketball.

Week 1: Intro to Coding / June 1-5
Week 2: Intro to Robotics / June 8-12
Week 3: Structural Engineering/ June 15-19
Week 4: STEM + Athletics/ June 22-26
Week 5: Dance + STEM / June 29 – July 3
Week 7: Artificial Intelligence / July 6 -10
Week 8: Aeronautical Engineering / July 13 – 17
Week 9: Biomedical & Chemistry / July 20 – July 24
Campers will take a minimum of 4 field trips to experience STEM in action.
