The STEM Athletics Summer Camp, a partnership between BRSTEM and BREC, provides families in East Baton Rouge Parish and surrounding areas with a unique with a fun-filled, learning environment for their children in grades K-8 this summer. Camp participants will receive get exposed to a range sports while learning how STEM is an integral part of each sport. Each week will include either a STEM project or esport tournament related to that week’s sport.

Fees: $25 Registration Fee | $125 Weekly Camp Fee*
Week 1: The Math of Football / June 5-9
Week 2: The Science of Basketball / June 12-16
Week 3: The Physics of Baseball/ June 19-23
Week 4: The Science of Track/ June 26-30
Week 5: The Math of Soccer / July 3-7 (closed July 4)
Week 6: The Math of Rugby / July 10-14
Week 7: The Physics of Volleyball / July 17-21
Week 8: The Science of Lacrosse / July 24-28
Week 9: The Physics of Hockey / July 31-August 4
Campers will take a minimum of 4 field trips to experience STEM and Sports in action.
